Julian’s House is a quality day program for young adults who are intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism and/or other similar conditions. We provide a safe learning environment in a highly functional home like setting. We are license by the state as an Individual Skill & Socialization facility also know as ISS. Each month we offer a variety of scheduled events including arts and crafts, games, music, dance, and community outings.
We are committed to ensuring that individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities are supported in a way to promote social and emotional growth and development. Our goal is to help build confidence and promote independent functioning. Our mission is to provide a space that allows individuals to have a choice in how they fulfill their lives. Julian’s House was created out of love and that love carries over to each and every person who enrolls in our program.
Laugh a lot, play a lot…. Yes we have fun, we volunteer in the community and life skills training. Our program is structured in a way to promote social, emotional, and physical well-being. The day program is tailored to meet individual needs.
Community inclusion helps enrich the lives of our clients. Many of our clients may not have an opportunity to be employed but that does not diminish their desire to give back to the community. Julian’s House seek to partner with various businesses to give our clients the opportunity to volunteer in different industries.
